G'day Smellies
went to lithgow in search of trout. Lots of small rainbows about in the misty conditions.i caught this fish on an old fav the wonder wobbler.Kiwi Waynie caught this one plus a few more smaller fish on a tassie devil. But it wasnt just the that lure, whatever waynie put on he had successi threw out a fly in the late arvo and dropped 1 fish before getting this fit buck on the trailing nimphBut he was released to fight another day. i lost a big fish next cast after he buried me in the weed :'(Treble99 went up early and caught quite a few rainbows & browns on lures.

TCD was a absolute blast, well worth the walkin and big thanks to Brett for drivein. Hope Dave has recovered OK from hypothermia.
Seen a wild trout on the fly for a first time and had the pleasure of realeasing it too (way speacial).
